Couples Therapy Study Group
Working with couples can feel complex, nuanced, and deeply rewarding. This study group offers a supportive space to strengthen your skills, explore real-world challenges, and build confidence in your work with couples—alongside peers who are learning and growing right alongside you.
This therapist-led study group is designed for associate clinicians who work with couples and want to deepen their clinical skill, confidence, and effectiveness in couples therapy. The group offers a collaborative, supportive virtual space to study evidence-based couples therapy approaches, explore real-world clinical challenges, and strengthen clinical decision-making with couples clients.
Participants will engage in guided discussion, case consultation, and shared learning around common and complex couples therapy themes, including attachment dynamics, conflict cycles, intimacy and trust repair, infidelity, communication patterns, and working with high-conflict or stuck couples. Emphasis is placed on bridging theory and practice, with practical interventions participants can immediately apply in their clinical work.
The study group meets virtually twice per month and is intended for associate-level clinicians seeking ongoing training, peer support, and professional development in couples therapy. This group provides a consistent space to learn alongside peers, ask thoughtful questions, and grow confidence in working with couples within a supportive and collegial environment.
