Supervision Services
Supervision is more than a requirement. It’s a space to grow, reflect, and shape who you are as a therapist. Whether you’re early in your journey or deepening your clinical work, this is a collaborative space to think together, build confidence, and develop a grounded, relational approach to your practice.
Clinical supervision is more than a requirement, it is a relational space where growth, reflection, and professional identity take shape.
I offer supervision services for pre-licensed and associate Marriage and Family Therapists who work with individuals and couples and are seeking a collaborative, relationship-centered approach to supervision. My work is grounded in a systemic and relational lens, with the belief that therapy—and supervision—are shaped by relationships, context, culture, and power. Supervision is a place to slow down, think together, and explore not only what is happening in the therapy room, but how it is happening—between you and your clients, and between us in supervision.
In our work together, we attend closely to relational patterns, attachment dynamics, meaning making, and the emotional processes that emerge in both individual and couple therapy. We explore how clients’ relationships—with partners, families of origin, and themselves—inform the therapeutic process, and how your own relational style, identities, and lived experiences shape your clinical work. Particular attention is given to the unique complexities of couple therapy, including holding multiple perspectives, navigating conflict, and maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance with more than one person in the room.
I view supervision as a relationship in itself—one that is collaborative, reflective, and ethically grounded. I prioritize cultural humility, transparency, and care for the emotional and relational impact of clinical work on you as a whole person, not just as a therapist. Whether you are early in the licensure process or looking to deepen your work with individuals, couples, or both, my goal is to provide supervision that is both supportive and thoughtfully challenging, helping you practice with clarity, integrity, and relational awareness.
